How it works!

After selecting your program....

  1. You will be directed to a checkout page
  2. After Purchasing, you will recieve an email
  3. Your email will contain the download to our training app
  4. After downloading our training app, you will enter some general information such as DOB, height, gender, etc. 
  5. This is the most important step! You will be prompted to fill out a fitness consultation which is designed to ensure proper programming! 
  6. Finally, feel free to connect any devices such as an apple watch to our fitness app!
